Scott Floyd
Head Coach, Offensive Line. This is Scott’s seventh season coaching in the NWFA. In four previous seasons as head coach, Scott has compiled a 19 -16 record. Two of his last three teams finished in the divisional round of the playoffs. Scott has over 21 years coaching experience from high school to youth football. “I’m glad to be back in Indiana and I’m excited to be part of such a great organization.” Scott and his wife, Julie, enjoy free time with their granddaughters. |

Tim Selvia
Defensive Coordinator, Linebackers. Tim is rejoining the Flash as D.C. for his third year. He played four years at Indiana State University after graduating from Monrovia High School. Tim also enjoyed a successful four year stint coaching at Northrop High School. Tim’s defense will play an aggressive style of football. He teaches his LB’s to find and expose the opposition’s weakness and attack it, similar to how he commands his SWAT teams. Tim is a 17 year veteran of the Fort Wayne P.D. He and his wife Nancy have two daughters, Jordan and Courtney. |

Samuel Beachy
Offensive Line. This will be Sam’s second season with the Flash and his second year behind the whistle. We are glad to have his experience to the team. Sam will be concentrating on improving our guard play on the O-line. After his high school career, Sam has continued playing football at the semi-pro level. He has played for 12 seasons and recently played in the national championship game in Homestead, FL for the Dayton (OH) Lions. Sam works in Information Systems for Middlebury Hardwood Products and is married to our own Heidi Wright (DE, #27). |

Jason Fisher
Defensive Backs, Wide Receivers and Special Teams. Jason returns to the Flash in '08 and will be coaching the Defensive Backs, Wide Receivers and coverage units in our special teams. Our DB’s benefit from Jason’s high energy style of coaching and we count on them to shut down opposing receivers as well as provide tough outside run support. This is Jason’s third year in the NWFA but he brings 19 years of coaching experience to the team. Jason played at Bishop Dwenger. When he’s not coaching, Jason can be found with his wife Andrea at one of their children’s sporting events. Jason and Andrea have four children, Sierra 11, Lucas 9, Victoria 7, and Joseph 5. |
